Oppenheim, Phillip Raymond (1945 - )

Phillip Raymond Oppenheim was born on April 22, 1945 on the Coldwater Reserve near Merritt. His interest in art began while recovering from tuberculosis, at the Coqualeetza Hospital, and he excelled in art through high school. He has commercial art training and is an outstanding printmaker. He has also apprenticed under Norman Tait.
