Wrapped twined weaving.

Woven oval mat. Outside ring contains four canoes with three occupants. One person holds a weapon in each canoe. Four animals in outer ring as well. Four thunderbirds in next ring. Inner ring has two canoes. Centre decorated with a design. Same design around circumference of mat as centre. Reverse of mat shows darker colours.
