Byzantine coin of Maurice Tiberius, 582-602. Obverse: bust of Maurice Tiberius, facing left, with diadem; to left, inscription says ÔÇÿDNMAÔÇÖ; to right, ÔÇÿRICITÔÇÖ; beneath, ÔÇÿINDSÔÇÖ. Reverse: large palm tree; to left, ÔÇÿNÔÇÖ; to right, ÔÇÿMÔÇÖ; beneath, ÔÇÿVÔÇÖ.
