Physical description

Woven beer (pombe) strainer; done in a herringbone twill weave from plant fibre. Strainer has an elongated cone shape, that closes with a tail of loose fibre. Opening is folded over, forming a thick band; weave is tighter at bottom edge and loose ends protrude outward, like fringe. Tail of strainer has two woven bands to secure strands together; small braided loop extends from both bands.
